The Goulais & Batchawana Community Policing Committee are Looking for More Members!
Community policing is a partnership between the members of Goulais and Batchawana communities, concerned local agencies, interest groups ans the local OPP Detachment. The volunteers work together with the Sault Opp Detachment to try to identify crime, traffic and social order problems and share in the efforts to solve them.
Our volunteers meet once a month on the 3rd Tuesday and through consultation with the local detachment, help establish police priorities to improve the quality of life in the Goulais-Bathchawana Communitees.
